Kyle Cerminara (@kycerm) grew up wrestling in upstate New York he became a state champ and became the first and only All-American in program history at the University of Buffalo. He later pursued an Olympic dream and lived at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After coaching collegiate wrestling and pursuing an MMA career, he settled in Long Island where he now trains many UFC fighters. His wife Katlyn Chookagian is a UFC flyweight title contender.

In this episode we talk about why wrestlers do so well in MMA. Why falling short of his goals made him a better coach. What he learned while training for an Olympic dream. And the mental side of wrestling. Kyle always has a different and interesting perspective that I was so happy to talk with him!
