Chris Stefanou (@lisharkman) is a shark fisherman who is known for catching massive sharks from the beach in Long Island. Chris is passionate about the conservation of these animals and works with NOAA to tag and release them so that they can be studied and tracked.

In this episode he talks about the techniques he uses and how he got into it. He even explains how he uses kayaks or drones to drop the bait further out into the ocean. He tells stories of catching 9-foot sharks as if it’s nothing. It was a pleasure to speak with Chris and I hope to join on the beach one day soon!
